Summer Workouts 2019 Fitness
SUMMER WORKOUTS - $100
Summer Workouts emphasize strength, speed, and functional fitness. No minimum attendance requirements.
SESSION 1(Limit 120 Students)
Level 1 - Learn to Train
Introduction to the FVL Summer Workouts. The pace and level of hands-on instruction are appropriate for those new to speed, agility, and resistance training
Who can enroll?
Students entering grades 7-12 who have not participated in past summer workout programs
Level 2 - Train to Gain
Intermediate level of the FVL Summer Workouts. Participants will review proper exercise techniques and work to master these skills.
This level will be more challenging and appropriate for the participants physical development.
Who can enroll?
Students entering grades 8-12 who have participated in the summer workout program in the past.
SESSION 2 -Train to Compete(Limit 150 students)
Advanced level of the FVL Summer Workout Program. Training intensity increased to level appropriate for varsity athletes.
The goal is to prepare participants for their upcoming seasons.
Who can enroll? -
Students entering grades 10-12 who have participated in the Summer workout program in the past.
