Showcase: 5:45-6:00PM

Registration: Complete one form per participant. Event information can be found at fvlhs.org/youth-sports. Submit form and pay $30 by March 14th .

• If you register after March 14, 2022, you are not guaranteed a bow.
• A $5.00 late fee will be charged for registration received AFTER March 14th.
• The camp fee is non-refundable after March 21, 2022.

This cost includes sidelines and floor cheers, dance routines, cheer motions, basic jumps, stunting and tumbling instruction and a hair bow.

Dress: Please wear non-slippery shorts, t-shirt, and athletic shoes. Long hair should be

pulled back in a soft hair tie. No jewelry or gum please.
