Registration: Complete one form per participant. Registration form and event

information are linked at fvlschools.org. Submit form and pay $25  by November 2.

A $5.00 late fee will be charged for registration received AFTER November 2.  The camp fee is non-refundable after November 9.

Bows are only available with registrations made on or before November 2!

This cost includes sidelines and floor cheers, dance routines, cheer motions, basic jumps, stunting and tumbling instruction and a bow.

Dress: Please wear non-slippery shorts, t-shirt, and athletic shoes. Long hair should be

pulled back in a soft hair tie. No jewelry or gum please.
