LVW Registration
 Here are a few important items to consider when registering:
  1. A parent or guardian MUST be present when filling out the form
  2. The form will include items such as personal contact information, school and LVW section, fees (including the registration fee) and payment options
  3. The online registration form will include the Emergency Contact/Medical information, as well as the Release from Liability and Indemnification Agreement.  Therefore it is mandatory that ALL STUDENTS are pre-registered BEFORE attending .
  4. PLEASE NOTE:  If you register online and pay the $200 registration fee.
REFERRAL
LVW members have the ability to reduce their overall student fee by recruiting new members for 2019. The LVW Board of Directors has established the following incentive scale for recruitment:
 
$50 off student fee for recruiting new 8th, 9th,10th, 11th, or 12th grade members from one of our member high schools or the member school's Grade School Band Program.
 
$100 off student fee for recruiting WELS students from non-member high schools or for convincing a former LVW member (not a member in 2018) to join again for 2019. 
 
These reductions in student fees will be granted after the new member registers and pays their registration fee ($200) and commits to the 2019 season. The new member must also designate you on the registration form (next question on the form) as being responsible for their registration.
